Congratulations for getting your abstract accepted for SL-SWCS’25.
On the day of the conference, there are two sessions.
First, there is a 20-minute spotlight session where presenters can “advertise” their posters. The time allocated to each of the spotlight is about 1 minute.
Please follow the following instructions for preparing for your spotlight presentation.
- You are asked to address what is “novel and interesting” in your research with a one minute of time limit.
- Focus on how you could clearly deliver a message that would entice your audience to ask, engage, and seek to engage in the poster session. So, don’t aim to “speak faster” and squeeze in as much as you can in the time allocated.
- You can use only one slide for your spotlight.
- An example spotlight is available in the following link:

Second is the main event of the conference the poster session, in which the authors are requested to present their poster, address questions, and engage in discussions about their research work. For preparing your poster for the poster session use the sample poster given in the following link.
