SL-SWCS’21

A Poster Session on Research Findings

The Sri Lanka Student Workshop on Computer Science (SL-SWCS’21) will bring together research students from Sri Lanka for a one-day workshop which will be hosted in our virtual home, the University of Jaffna on the 04th of December 2021. This is the Sixth national research session  organised by the Department of Computer Science, University of Jaffna.

The session provides a stimulating opportunity for young research students across the country to involve in discussions with some top researchers from local or foreign universities. Participants will also have the possibility to present results of their research activities and to interact with their scientific peers, in a friendly and constructive environment that would possibly lead to future collaborations. For this session, students are invited to submit high-quality posters of which the main author is a student.   All posters will be reviewed and selected by an international and local pool of reviewers for either an oral or poster presentation.

Suggested Research Fields

Prospective authors are invited to submit posters in the research areas of their interest to the workshop including to the areas but not limited to: Artificial Intelligence, Bioinformatics, Edge Computing, Computer Graphics, Computer Vision, Computer Networks, Cyber Security, Deep Learning, High Performance Computing, Internet of Things, Machine Learning, Mobile Computing, Natural Language Processing, Pattern Recognition, Robotics, Software Engineering, and Web Technologies.
